If it’s your first time at MasterWord Institute, creating an account is easy, and is required in order to take any courses you have purchased through our store.
To create an account, you can register at https://masterword.institute/my-account/ using your email address and a password of your choice. From there, just follow the instructions that will be sent to your email to complete your account setup.
You can also create an account right from the checkout page when entering your billing details. Just enter a password, and follow the instructions sent to your email to complete your account setup and start taking your courses
You must have an account with MasterWord Institute to be able to purchase and take courses.
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset your password on the My Account page.
Below the log in box, click Lost your password? then enter the email address tied to your account to receive an email with a link to reset your password.
If you are already logged in, you can change your password by clicking Account Details in the My Account page.
If you notice a course is missing from your My Courses page, contact us via the methods below.
Effective February 2023, MasterWord Institute has switched to a new learning platform. Though any existing accounts and enrollments were migrated, any previous course progress (or certificates or grades that were achieved) did not migrate.
If you still need access to a certificate or grade report you have completed in the past, you can obtain them from our legacy learning platform where they were previously earned. The legacy platform will be available to access until mid-year 2023.
The learning platform relies on browser cookies to track your progress. If a lesson is not loading, it is likely due to your browser not allowing cookies.

There is no time limit for access to your courses and assessments.
Courses are always available to you after they are purchased, and will stay tied to your account. You may retake on-demand courses as many times as you like, or go back to any completed lessons at any time to review content or retake quizzes for a better score.
Assessments that require evaluation of audio assignment submissions or open essay answers from our staff of language professionals can be taken only one time, and subsequent retakes require a processing fee in order to reset your progress and become eligible for reevaluation.
Most courses in our store catalog will issue a certificate of completion, containing your information, the course information, and the course length after the course has been fully completed. These can be used for your professional development, to apply for CEU credits, or just to keep for your own records. Certificates are always available after a course is completed, and should you ever need a copy, you can simply go into the course and download it in PDF form.
Our assessments typically do not have a certificate of completion, but you or your administrator will receive a comprehensive report of the assessment results after evaluation.
For courses that can be used for CEUs, a form will be provided towards the end of the course, along with instructions to submit to the CEU organization.
