Refund & Returns Policy

Cancellation or refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] or by submitting a support request.

Requests must be made within twenty-four (24) hours of purchase and prior to opening/viewing the contents within the training or assessment to receive a full refund (minus a processing fee of 15% of the original price).

Please make sure to read the description of the course(s) and/or assessment(s) you are purchasing. For any questions regarding course material, please submit a support request through the link above.

Please note that there is a 90-day waiting period for assessment retakes. If the same person purchases and retakes an assessment before the waiting period has elapsed, the candidate’s results will be deemed invalid and will not be shared. No refunds will be issued in this case.
