Description

This is a 35-minute webinar held on January 25th, 2022. It includes a guided meditation and a presentation on the topic of stress management and other helpful techniques.

This webinar covers several stress management techniques using meditation, breathing, and exercises. There is also the topic of mindful eating.

This is designed for language professionals to deliver strategies for maintaining our optimal physical, mental, and emotional health. This event is part of the Wellness Connection Workshop and it was co-hosted by MasterWord Services and the Friends of Integrative Medicine at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center.
